Support for Ukrainian Hosts with English Teaching English

We have been advised of an online course that is open to Ukrainian Hosts who wish to improve the way that thay help their guests with improving their English.

Hello everyone,

I’m providing a version of my communication course for hosts of refugees and I would really appreciate your help making sure that hosts know about this and can take advantage of it.

• It’s called ‘How To Speak in Clear and Simple English to the Refugee in Your Home‘ (click on the link for tickets and further info)
• It’s in the evenings via Zoom. Hosts just attend once.
• All proceeds go to West End Refugee Service, minimum donation £1
• Training of this kind usually costs £60 per person. Only hosts can attend this version, their refugee can be from anywhere.
• The above link will work for future events too, I’ll keep running this indefinitely
• The next workshop is on Tuesday 9th Aug 2022
